Trophy Mule Deer Hunts in Texas

Mule Deer hunts are only hunted in 
Texas. Trophy Mule Deer are hard to come by these days. Here along the Red River and out south on the Pease River the Mule Deer are getting pushed around by the more aggressive Whitetails. Therefore I like to explain each hunt and what can be expected to each client that wants to hunt these animals. I only take a few Mule Deer hunters each year due to the short season and their unpredictability. Most hunts are done over winter wheat fields with a lot of spot-n-stalk. There will usually be a lot of hiking and spotting smaller Mulies before finding a trophy.
