Trophy Whitetail
Texas and Oklahoma
Bow, Rifle, Blackpowder and Crossbow
At CR Trophy Red River Hunts I offer world-class Whitetail hunts, with the chance of taking a free range 160"-200" Whitetail at any time.  With properties located in 3 counties in Texas (Hardeman, Childress, and Wilbarger) and 1 county on Oklahoma (Jackson Co.) there is never any over hunting done on any one property.  It's nice for hunter to have the choice of hunting Texas or Oklahoma, and in some cases both.

Our Whitetail are a mix of Northern and Southern genetics.  This mix makes for huge antlers and large bodied deer typically over 200 lbs.  Along with all the rich farm crops, we feed year-round with food plots, supplement blocks, corn and protein feeders.  In addition all the natural minerals found along the Red River our Whitetail heard get all the nutrition they need to reach their top potential.

Bow Hunts are mainly done from elevated tree stands, ladder stands, hang-on stands, or ground blinds.  All stands are placed in either travel corridors to and from farm crops, water holes, or bedding areas, with most stands in range of a clear shot at corn feeders ot protien feeders.  Spot-N-Stalk, rattling, and calling com einto play at certain times of the year as well.  Pope and Young bucks or larger are the type of animals we are looking to hunt, with some management hunts available for does and bucks.  Bow Hunts are started Ocober 1st and run through January.

Rifle Whitetail hunts are hunted many different ways.  From box blinds, ladder stands, pop-up blinds and ground blinds that are located near food sources like farm crops or feeders.  Many rifle hunts are done either by spot-n-stalk or driving around the area to spot deer and then stalk to get within range.  This type of hunting is by far the most exciting and happens during the rut which produces some of the biggest bucks taken each season.  We are set-up for every type of hunter, young or old.
